Over the week, the internet has been set agog with videos and pictures from Davido and Chioma’s traditional wedding ceremony. The event which took place in Lagos will not be easily forgotten in the history of celebrity weddings in Nigeria. A look at the various attires which surfaced from the ceremony indicated that the wedding was well planned.
The colors of the day were; Yellow, Ash, Red and Cream. The couples appeared in three different outfits which reveals more about the cultural heritage if the couples. Chioma is from Igboland while Davido is from Yoruba Land. They blended the cultural attires of these ethnic groups and the outcome was superb. Their Asoebis gave unforgettable dress looks that will serve as an inspiration to upcoming wedding guests as well as Asoebis.
The material for their outfits were Aso Oke, George Fabric as well as Lace. Their dresses were adorned with matching beads, Gele, Hand fan, Hat as well as fancy Walking sticks. I will not also forget to mention the decoration of their wedding arena which was superb.
